A private, peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea and surroundings, and the starry sky at night! The house is located in a private community. A car is highly recommended. There are many beaches, restaurants, and ancient sites within 20-40 minutes drive. Alperen was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our family stay.

the house was in a great spot with its proximity to seaside and shopping centers. Oya always responded to our inquiries. The only aspect to consider was the sea' s cleanliness depending on the wind since lots of trash might be carried to the shore. Thank you for your hospitality Oya ☺️

It was a very sufficient and peaceful house during our family vacation. The host was kind and caring. Everything that can meet the basic needs inside the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. The sea is clean and shallow. We are very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

This is a great place - stunning view of the sea from the living area and a big terrace overlooking the beach. Sylvia was a very helpful and generous host. Good spot for a few days of swimming and rest. Thank you for having us!

Fırat was amazing! The flat had a lovely atmosphere, with a lovely terrace where we would have a chill amazing morning, spaciaous enough to accomodate a big family like us. The flat was more than big enough for more than 4 people, great location, chill neighbourhood, perfect for a family trip. But the best part was our host, Fırat, who was super helpful and kind. We were quite picky guests; we asked for early check in, and we had a night bus on the day of the check out, so we asked for luggage storing, and Fırat was super kind to help us with everything. He helped us keep the luggage for the whole day for free to one of his friend's shop, and even drove us to the center. He was always responsive and so nice, we are willing to come back just for him:)

The host was wonderful, and the location couldn't have been better! However, the apartment itself was quite messy. Every cabinet was packed with random stuff, making it feel cluttered, and we even found broken glass in the kitchen. Hasan’s apartment is very decorated, clean, it is in a great location—just a few minutes walk to the sea, with many restaurants and a Bazaar nearby, We had a very comfortable stay. Hasan is also extremely responsive. We arrived very late on the day, he was waiting us and give us very detailed instruction to the places to go. Really recommend！

It was very good and nice. We are very satisfied with a tidy, calm, and sweet house, as shown in the photos. Mr. Metin was very helpful and a very friendly person, I was very satisfied in general, I recommend.

It was great to stay at Ertan's place. Located just 2 minutes from the lower level of Asansör (Historic Elevator Building), it's in a sweet vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and incredible sunsets from the top of Asansör. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Major sights like the bazaar and the waterfront are an easy (and inexpensive) taxi ride away. Ertan was extremely responsive and helpful. His mother, Hamate (?) was a delight to meet. She brought me delicious apple pastries on my first night. I'd highly recommend this sweet place.

We had a great time at Özge's apartment in Izmir. The place is really clean, nice and cozy, there is enough space for two couples and we found everything we need. Close to the city center and the sea, so we could walk around and always find some nice place to eat. Özge is a super nice person, making sure that we arrived safe and she was always ready to help us if needed. 🙏🏻🩷

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

The house was in a central area, in a good compound. It offered a quiet, calm and comfortable accommodation. The host with a kind attitude was open to communication.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer. We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)
