The studio has a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined bedroom/dining/work area with blackout curtains to keep the space comfortable for those who want to sleep in. Wifi is 400 Mbps. I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
