Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.
