With a private hot tub and sauna, an air hockey/ping table, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, lots of baby gear and games for kids, an amazing master suite, great guest rooms, and lots of indoor and outdoor living space, the house is perfect for creating lasting memories together!

Watch as eagles soar over the lake and above the towering fir trees from the patio. Soak up the bright, contemporary design of this curated lakeside suite on Pine Lake, brew some coffee and relax with some tunes on the piano. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Newly remodeled flooring upgrade. We share the bottom half of our house, that is sectioned off from our living space upstairs. It has a kitchen, large living room, full bathroom, and a master bedroom. You'll love the open space and natural light from the windows. Our home is close to SEA-TAC International airport, parks, public transport, I-405, I-5, Columbia City, Seward Park, Lake Washington, The Landing, Regal Cinemas, and hiking trails.

Step inside a lovely private garden retreat located 7 miles from downtown Seattle and 8 miles from SeaTac Airport. Your getaway is surrounded by lush foliage, fragrant flowers, and a whispering breeze off Puget Sound. During the Spring the private entrance is shaded with large fragrant wisteria blossoms.
