Our chalet is a solid and spacious nest witnessing sometimes forgotten know-how. Numerous sheltered terraces and balcony (100m²) allow outdoor life even in bad weather. A 200-year-old planning frame is a testament to the strength of the construction. Sometimes low openings invite you to exercise on a daily basis that benefit a good physical condition and prove the energy control already present at that time. This nest rich in history,we have filled it with some of today's delights: low-temperature heated floor, WiFi, intranet, internet, low-consumption lighting, satellite TV and TNT… A small mazot, located a few meters from the chalet

In the heart of the Aravis in Manigod-Col Merdassier, 28 m² apartment on the 5th floor (elevator) of the Les Feudières residence. Breathtaking, unobstructed views of the mountains. Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. At the foot of the shops, slopes and the ESF, the apartment includes: main room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen (cooking hobs, microwave oven, raclette and fondue machine, Senseo), mountain corner with bunk beds, toilet-bathtub cabin. In summer, enjoy the heated outdoor pool.

In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.

Completely renovated and facing south, the Le Tavaillon chalet is located in a quiet, natural setting, at an altitude of 1,400 m, in a hamlet overlooking the Manigod valley. Just 1 km from the Croix Fry pass, it offers direct access to the Manigod–La Clusaz ski slopes and hiking trails. Two parking spaces are available by the roadside; access to the chalet is via a staircase of about thirty steps.
