Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

Genieße stilvolle Tage in dieser zentral gelegenen kleinen Unterkunft. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, in Laufnähe zur Dorfmitte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Hairstyling, zum Kurhaus und -park, zur Therme und WALA. Und trotz zentraler Lage ist das Appartment ruhig gelegen und die Terrasse lädt zum Durchatmen ein. Die Gegend am Albtrauf der Schwäbischen Alb ist ideal für Naturliebhaber und Radfahrer*innen. Die Wohnung eignet sich tendentiell für eine Person. Die Terrasse ist öffentlich.
