Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

You can enjoy a Nordic bath with views of the mountains, the chalet is located in an idyllic setting, you will appreciate the calm because it is nestled at the gates of the Écrins National Park, just 1.5 km from the hamlet of marches in the municipality of Orcières. The journey is only on foot or with a 4x4 vehicle with snow tires or chains in winter

New, modern and cozy accommodation. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms with shower room, a large living room with kitchen, a mezzanine with TV area and a terrace with Nordic bath in free and private access. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. The chalet is located in the hamlet of Marches, 3 km from the resort. We provide covered parking in the center of the resort.

Bellevue Apartment – Mountain View + Garage

Family accommodation close to all sites, slopes and shops via the resort escalator and covered and secure parking. Composed of an entrance with sleeping area, a shower room with toilet and a large living room with kitchenette. Up to 7 people (ideal for 5) Very sunny and with a balcony with mountain views. It has a room equipped with ski locker just across from the apartment. Self check-in and check-out.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Sulit Gîte

The "Le Sulit" gîte is a 3-star 135 m² duplex located in the rear part of our old farmhouse. Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
