Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mértola

Just back from a 3-weeks stay at this lovely accommodation in Fuseta, Algarve. Wonderful, elegant & spacious apartment with open views of the Ria Formosa. The sun is there from sunrise to sunset on the 2 balconies. Nice interior decor, nothing is missing for a comfortable stay. If there is one drawback, it is the attached compressor of the air-conditioning outlets to the master bed room's wall, you have to shut it down to sleep. Brigitte & Daniel are a lovely couple & hosts, it was a pleasure to have met them. We look forward to a return visit to this apartment ...

We stayed three nights in Helia’s place, we enjoyed exploring the area, found a few great restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets in walking distance, beach just around the corner. Short drive to Albufeira, Lagos and Faro. Apartment is fully equipped with everything we’d need. Overall our experience was very pleasant and we recommend Helia’s place to everyone.

A fantastic apartment in a great location. It was spotlessly clean, all the linen was of a good quality. The kitchen was superbly equipped with everything you needed and more. We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony overlooking the pool - great for wine and cheese in the evening! The pool was amazing, quiet, plenty of beds, and a bar if you wanted a drink, It was only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and the ferry to the beach. Sad to leave but we will return!

Encantada con el trato de Virginia y de su apartamento tan acogedor. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar los cuatro días por ese rinconcito del sur, a demás de estar súper céntrico 😊

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé l’appartement de Tiago. À quelques mètres du centre ville ultra vivant d’Albufeira, l’appartement est au calme avec une très belle vue sur la mer ! L’appartement est entièrement refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons vraiment !

Nice apartment on the ground floor, so no stairs. Plenty of parking. Easy to find with clear lockbox instructions for keys. There was construction work in other apartments so quite noisy from around 8am onwards during our stay but that shouldn't be an ongoing issue. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Pictures don’t do it justice in all honesty. Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach . Nice and private, a quiet spot away from any noise. We really enjoyed the use of the shared pool. The bakery round the corner is fantastic for fresh bread in the morning. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A super comfortable stay, we will definitely return. Kids loved having their own mini apartment upstairs.

Alain’s place was wonderful. There is so much to do and see near by and the area is extremely walkable. Though I will say you’ll have to venture out if you want any transitional Portuguese cuisine. The area is a bit touristy so all the restaurants basically have the same menu. There’s a cool trolley that takes you around the city and to the marina if you have any excursions planned. Hop on and off all day for only 6 euros. Alain was responsive about the check in and out process and was extremely helpful when it came to info about parking which is near impossible next to the property but he informed us of parking that was only a 8 minute walk from the property. Everything is exactly like the pictures and the rooftop terrace was a dream. Best place to lay out, enjoy the Portuguese sunshine and listen to the sounds of the city. Would definitely return.

O espaço era incrível, muito limpo, confortável e acolhedor. A Tania também sempre foi muito prestável, rápida a responder e simpática. Espero cá voltar um dia!

No review anyone could write could sum up why YOU needed to book this beautiful villa for your holiday. As we know, sometimes it’s also people that make the place. We can conclude that not only the villa was exactly what we needed but the welcome and nano second communication via text made us feel like we just knew this couple love making peoples experiences the best. La casa de María, Aníbal y Duarte era excelente. Estancias amplias y bien decoradas, un patio muy agradable y un barrio muy tranquilo. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario y más, prácticamente estaba cubierto todo lo que pudieras necesitar. La limpieza era perfecta. WiFi funcional y de buena velocidad. No conocimos los restaurantes y bares recomendados de los alrededores pues como veníamos con coches nos movimos mucho por la zona. Fueron muy amables con flexibilizar las horas de entrada y salida atendiendo a las posibilides con las reservas que tenían. No nos queda más que agradecerles el que hayan estado todo el tiempo pendientes, por sus rápidas repuestas y por todas las comodidades que nos ofrecieron en estas cortas vacaciones con nuestros hijos. Ojalá pudiéramos regresar en otra ocasión.

Idyllic setting, wonderful feel of space avd seclusion. Multiple terraces from which to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the beach and town surrounds. Loved this place.

Beautiful house and garden! The house is great with big rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden is beautiful with a big pool and multiple cosy spaces to eat and chill. Also a lot of pool toys were there for the kids. The beach is only a 10 min ride, just like a big mall. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Paulo!

nous avons trouvé que c était compliqué d entrer dans l appartement mais une fois qu on a compris comment ça marchait, ensuite ça été correcte. L appartement est tel que sur les photos et la vue du balcon est magnifique. Tout était très propre, moderne et impeccable. La plage est à quelques pas et tous les restaurants aussi. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation.

Description et photos conforme à la réalité. Propriétaire attentionnée et réactive. Nous avons eu un souci à l’arrivée et elle a fait le nécessaire pour résoudre le problème très rapidement. Les bougies disponibles ont été très utiles lors de la grande coupure d’électricité. Appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut et propre. Piscine propre et au calme. Supermarché a 400m et plein de restaurants accessibles à pied. Plage pas très loin Je recommande et nous reviendrons

Ana is the perfect host and her flat couldn’t be more conveniently located for the sea front and a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The place had everything you need, was spotlessly clean and well-served by a huge swimming pool. I was well looked after by Cátia, her cleaner and Uber driver, who couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommended!!!

Tolle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, sehr große Terrasse und umlaufender Balkon (konnten wir aufgrund des feucht-kühlen Wetters leider nicht SO doll nutzen), sehr gute Lage, Wohnanlage mit wenigen Einheiten, daher relativ privat, alles hervorragend gesichert mit großem Parkplatz, Ausstattung der Wohnung insgesamt sehr gut, alles funktioniert, wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

We had an issue locating the correct address, but after a phone call and some verbal instructions, we were in. This is an extremely attractive property, in a very nice quiet location. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from Town, with all its amenities. The property is in a small gated compound with lovely gardens, pool and underground parking. Property is fully equipped, with a large open plan living area, off which is a spectacular terrace, that faces West, perfect for sunsets. The property was super clean, living area was very comfortable and kitchen easy to use. At 6ft 3 inches in height, I found the bed quite uncomfortable, but that’s just me !!!! We enjoyed the property very much and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Had a great stay with older parents and teenage boys. With lots of room inside the apartment and space on the huge balcony we all enjoyed our stay in Salgados. Easily walkable to the local shop/cafe using the access cards made available. The basement carpark space was extremely useful. Lift to 1st floor was important to us. Thanks Paulo for all your help and great instructions on check-in/check-out. Very happy and would recommend this apartment.

My wife and I stayed at this flat for a full week. This location allowed us to strategically explore the Algarve by car. Marian & Family were extremely helpful and communication with them has been spotless. The private garage was a great plus. The pool area looked good and clean, but we did not use it due to the temperature being still a bit fresh, it should be great by summer. The apartment itself was clean and quiet and it had everything a couple needs. Recommended!
