Beautiful apartment in the middle of the Palatinate Forest area

The apartment on the first floor was decorated with a lot of love. Not only the direct proximity to the forest, but also the large garden plot and the terrace invite you to relax. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, dining room, living area and 2 free parking spaces. Exceptionally cozy

Your holiday home is located on the top floor of a renovated old building (approx. 80 m²), very bright and completely open. 3 sleeping options on two levels (due to the loft style not in closed rooms). The bathroom is very spacious with shower and A small balcony invites you to relax in the evening at sunset. In 5 minutes you are in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. The apartment Angelika is the perfect starting point for extensive hiking or cycling tours or other outdoor activities in the Palatinate Forest! After a strenuous day, you can end it on the couch, the south balcony (furniture included) or simply in front of the warming fireplace. Idyllic Dahner Felsenland, excellent tourist infrastructure. New low-energy house, great layout, ground level with direct exit to the terrace, private garden and parking space. Bedroom with large box-spring bed. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Individual and very tasteful decor with special unique items. Quiet suburban location, center with all shops and diverse gastronomy 10 minutes walk. Conclusion: beautiful lovingly designed oasis.

Apartment Rose is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. One of the most beautiful forests in Germany. This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
