It consists of a living room, 2 Bedrooms (including 1 bedroom open to the living room) each with a double bed, one fully equipped Kitchen with dining area and a shower room. There is direct access to the living room a large sun terrace with awning. The apartment is for single travelers, families with children, Business travelers and seniors (apartment is on the ground floor and is barrier-free) suitable. There are 2 parking spaces available for holiday guests. For cyclists or motorcyclists there is the possibility of storing the vehicles in a garage and charging the batteries for e-bikes.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung für max. 2 Personen befindet sich in der wunderschönen Ortschaft 66663 Merzig-Brotdorf. Brotdorf ist u. a. der Ausgangspunkt für viele Radtouren im Saarland. Durch die zentrale Lage sind viele Ausflugsorte in nur kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Auch schöne Wanderwege sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald als Gast begrüßen zu dürfen. Sie erwartet eine sehr gut ausgestattet FW die vor Ihrer Ankunft gereinigt und auf evt. Schäden geprüft wurde..

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Das Appartement (52 m²) befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus auf der 1.Etage in der Kernstadt. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, Sat-Smart-TV, DVD Eßecke für 4 Personen, offener Schlafbereich (Vorhang) mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Die Küchenzeile ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Grill, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Espresso-, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Raclette. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
