The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former private mansion, quiet, garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + living room (large TV Netflix) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opera, the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

A cozy living area features a comfortable armchair with a footrest, positioned near a window that allows natural light to flow in. A television is mounted on a white console, complemented by light wooden flooring and soft gray curtains.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The renovated old mill features a stone facade with large arched windows, reflecting a blend of historic and modern design. It is situated alongside a river with lush greenery visible in the background, offering a scenic view enhanced by a bright, partly cloudy sky.
