Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Apartment located in a quiet and green area of Paruzzaro on the first floor, perfect for those looking for relaxation away from the chaos of the city. Small apartment consisting of a room with a double bed and a single bed, a small kitchen area equipped with all comforts and a bathroom with shower Wi-Fi and free parking for motorcycles and bicycles are available. There are two large free parking lots a few metres from the property. Small dogs are accepted, but please notify Marisa in advance.

Our small house looks like a comfortable and cute 45 m2 studio with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed with a king size memory mattress, a Finnish sauna room (an extra fee is required) completely covered with lime wood and heated with the wood-burning stove (as in the real and authentic Finnish saunas), a bathroom with a shower stall, and a bucket for the waterfall of fresh water. Outside, ample green space with pool , canopy and barbecue.
