Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

With a great deal of love and consideration, we recently renovated the traditional cottage of our grandmother Rina so it can welcome and accommodate visitors from all over the world! Our cottage is built on the foundations of a house originally constructed in 1930. It is surrounded by a large, green garden ideal for relaxing, reading, playing or having a barbeque with friends. There is also a variety of fresh vegetables thriving on our garden, available for all visitors to enjoy!
