Quiet countryside cottage near river and canal

Set in an small hamlet this spacious cottage is a perfect base for walking, cycling, canoeing or just relaxing and listening to the birdsong. It is close to a beautiful nature reserve on the river Oust where it joins the Nantes-Brest canal. The village centre is 2km for bread and basics, the large town of Redon (TGV Paris) is 10 minutes. Nearby is the village of La Gacilly home of Yves Rocher and an important and stunning photography exhibition. Rose Cottage is a perfect rural retreat.

The secure residence with heated pool open from June to September, is located in the middle of nature, offering you a relaxing stay in peace! Located on the outskirts of Vélocean, it will be easy for you to reach La Baule beach (2 km) or the historic center of Guérande (5 km).

Located between GUÉRANDE & LA BAULE, our NEW wooden cottage (Eco responsible - HQE Standards) of 49m2 is located in a wooded and secure residential park just 2.5 km from the center and the beach of La Baule and its shops (bike ocean bike path accessible from the residence to get there). La Baule train station 10 minutes walk away. No WIFI access. Private parking in front of the cottage. Indoor and heated swimming pool open from May 24th and play area for children.
