The house consists of a kitchen living room, a small shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

This new 170 m2 house (completed in June 2018) can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and is located 200 metres from the beach of Lanseria, and 400 metres from the centre and shops of Quimiac. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, High Speed WiFi. See you soon !

nice house near the salt marshes (Ty for two)

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Guérande Peninsula Cottage

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.

Loft in the salt marshes

In the heart of a charming typical malaria village, a stone's throw from the salt marshes, this old salbary has been freshly renovated and converted into a 60 m2 loft that can accommodate two adults. You can access the space via a private driveway secured by a gate and park your vehicle right in front of the loft. Guests have a private terrace and garden.
