La Casa di Rosa (a short walk from Marinello and Tindari)

The house is very spacious (150 square metres), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower, a kitchen with living room with TV, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch TV, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach and the Tindari promontory.

The dwelling consists of three floors, and its structure is typical of Sicilian medieval villages, where each room was used for a specific purpose. The apartment of 120mq offers sea-view terraces and a swimming pool (shared with us) and it is located 15 min walking from town center. It can perfectly host 6 guests. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).
