The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

The Hollies Studio Apartment is a stylish self contained modern unit complete with integrated kitchen and shower room. Ideal as a base for visiting Halifax, walking the Calderdale Way/ cycling adventures. You can also take in some of the many awesome gigs at the Piece Hall (Uber is £7.50). Located centrally in Greetland with nice bars / restaurant's / public transport links all within walking distance. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
