Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Dort befindet sich die schöne Ferienwohnung, die 2022 komplett renoviert wurde. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Haus. Auf Anfrage kann die Wiese im Garten für Kinder zum Spielen genutzt werden. Gerne erhalten Sie Tipps zu Wanderungen, Radtouren oder Ausflügen.

In addition to the central location, you are quickly in the middle of nature, where hikers, cyclists, couples, as well as families get their money's worth.

Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.
