Our rancho employs up to five workers who take care of our avocado trees, strelitzias & peaches. Casa Don, on the tip of Sayulita Bay, has panoramic views from the town to the sea from the private terrace in the best location in Sayulita! Stay a 5-minute walk from downtown Sayulita. Swim on the beach in front of the property and in the shared pool. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow has a private terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.

Casa Mosita is an excellent choice if you plan to explore the main attractions of this small town on foot, as we are located very close to the centre and to Calzada de los Frailes, which is full of small bars and cafés without the noise affecting your rest. And to help you beat the heat in the area, we offer a semi-roofed pool with wonderfully cool water and an outdoor space with traditional local hammocks to make your stay even more enjoyable!

This truly is a gem of a property that perfectly balances privacy with proximity to the exciting town of Sayulita.

Cenote Negro Burrow (aka Studio)

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable spot on the edge of Laguna Bacalar's Cenote Negro. The studio, also called "The Burrow", is close to the water's edge, complete with a A/C, king sized bed, kitchen with small fridge, 2 burner stove and toaster oven, reverse osmosis water filter, large desk with high speed internet, and shared use of the dock (and kayaks/SUP). Perfect for a relaxing holiday and/or a work from paradise destination!

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.

Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes drive from downtown Bacalar. The access and space in the lagoon is peaceful and private for our property. There are two other rental units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
