It was a great base for exploring and we loved how walkable it was to the beach and then along the beautiful, clean beach for miles. Howard was very helpful and the place was just as described. It had everything our family of five needed, including enough separation of space and bedrooms.

Spending our family Easter vacation at Olga's property was a delightful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the place was exceedingly cozy and impeccably maintained, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel entirely at home. Each morning commenced with a leisurely breakfast prepared by an exceptional cook, whose presence was a true blessing, and for whom we were immensely grateful. Overall, our family Easter vacation at Olga’s property was a wonderful experience—one that we shall cherish for years to come. We eagerly anticipate our return!

This place is a hidden gem! We loved that it wasn't right in the city center, but a very easy taxi ride or drive to it, giving us the privacy we wanted but the action when we wanted. The pool is clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and came with surprise fresh fruits for us, and Ana was exceptionally helpful throughout. All in all a fantastic stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

We had a delightful stay. The beautifully renovated colonial home gave us an authentic experience for staying in Merida. We loved the backyard and the covered porch, especially for morning coffee. The kitchen was well designed and provided everything that we needed. It was a 10 minute walk to Paseo de Montejo and a 5 minute walk to the new Gran Parque la Plancha. We will definitely return next year.

Thanks also to Gabriel and Christopher who made it possible to rent two adjoining apartments, allowing the two families to be together and extremely comfortable.

Very nice apartment, as described, communication with the host pleasant. The environment is secure, peaceful. And the very kind caretaker. Perfect for my first stay in Mexico. Especially by car, everything is 5/10 min away.

Incredible place. Location was a 15 minute walk from downtown. Condo was incredibly clean and well maintained, communication was always within minutes. Teresa was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again :)

We loved our stay at Steve's place. It was just a few minutes from the beach, and right around the corner from the main tourist street in Playa with tons of restaurants and cafes and shops. The place itself is sweet and charming. I would definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and Lorena was always available to answer questions. Very well located.

Spacious, wonderful vacation place. Nice tile work throughout, microwave, modern appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook because we were always going to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Close to everything, convenient to grocery store, walmart, restaurants, 5th avenue and the beach. We definitely would stay again. My highest recommendations to Marion and this place!
