ShackHilton-New single room, privacy, deck, patio

This refurbished area was an old shed, but is now a private open room with exposed beams and dry kitchen. A composting toilet is in the barn, there is no shower. There is a patio behind this room and parking to the side. There are no shared spaces in this combination of shabby-chic and rustic areas. There are views of lovely woods and grass outside the large windows. Electricity, a microwave, gravity-fed water/sink, wifi, and a keycode entry are convenient. Remote workers enjoy this space, too.

Renovated Barn. Full sized 2nd floor apartment. Centrally located. Exposed beams and old timbers. Unique, creative space. Quiet, low key guests are welcome to enjoy this peaceful, tranquil escape. A quintessential writer's and artist's retreat on 108 acres of fields, large pond and woods. Beavers, otters and birds galore. A wildlife haven. Go for a walk or sit on the porch and listen to the frogs sing and loons cry. Kayak/swim in Biscay Pond. Room to spread out and relax. A very special place.

This charming spot overlooking the bay is laid back and welcoming. Fully furnished, including linens, basic beach supplies —towels, chairs and umbrella. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV included (you will need your own streaming accounts), an air conditioner, and balcony with a view of Penobscot Bay. We strive to be an allergen free space so do not allow animals. We use all essential oil natural products (bleach disinfectant where needed) and natural laundry soap for our linens.
