It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

A temporary home: our renovated bright 2 room apartment in the heart of Greifswald . Each apartment honors a regional personality. Centrally and quietly located, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The market square, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are only a few steps away. There are charging stations for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

Haus Charlotte is located directly in the traffic-calmed main street (Spielstraße) of Binz. At one end, the main road of Binz ends with the pier, at the other end in extension with the Schmacht See. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion store and the coastal corner, brimming with typical oatmeal souvenirs. Many shops line the main street.

Fewo Ummanz Pension Waldrose

Hier handelt es sich um die kleine 2- Raum- Ferienwohnung Ummanz im Obergeschoss. Diese hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett unter der Dachschräge und im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen. Der Balkon ist über den gemeinsamen Hausflur zugänglich, aber nur für die Ummanz reserviert.
