If you stay in this apartment, all the important points of contact are close by. The apartment is 40 m². It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for a vacation alone, for two, with family or with a good friend. There is also a fixed parking space and a cozy balcony. In front of the house you will find an equipped barbecue area. Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shopping within 2-3 minutes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.

A perfect starting point for many leisure activities (swimming, hiking, cycling) Bicycles can be locked up under one roof on a bicycle rack.

Haus Charlotte is located directly on the traffic-calmed main street (play street) of Binz. At one end, the main street of Binz ends with the pier, at the other end in extension with Lake Schmachter. Our house itself houses 2 shops, a fashion shop and the Küsteneck, full of souvenirs typical of Rügen. Many shops line the main street.
