The house is located between Westerbork and Assen, near the TT circuit. Groningen, Dwingelderveld and Emmen are a short distance away.

Relax in this cozy furnished bungalow in a well-kept vacation park. The bungalow is equipped with all comforts: comfortable box springs, fast and reliable internet, two smart TVs, a spacious fenced garden, a lovely wood stove and a fully equipped kitchen with air fryer. If you unexpectedly need to wash during your stay? There is a washing machine and a dryer. The house is free-standing and is smoke and pet free. The beds are made upon arrival.

Skog Lodge | a sunny spot in the countryside

This cozy tiny house is located on the nature reserve Drents-Friese Wold and in a quiet place on the outskirts of a holiday park. From the spacious garden you have an unobstructed view over the meadows and there is a place in the sun all day. An oasis of peace and nature! Inspired by Swedish nature life, we built our tiny house and renamed it Skog Lodge, Swedish for “forest”. The cottage was completely newly completed in May 2026.

This very neat holiday park is located in Drenthe near Westerbork along the Oranjekanaal and is therefore an ideal holiday spot for hiking/biking and nature lovers. You can also visit the cities of Assen or Emmen. For the little ones, there is an animation program during the school holidays and a toddler pool with a Hunebed slide. The sandwich service at the park can ensure that you wake up in the morning with a fresh breakfast.

Relax in the wood-fired hot tub, by the fire pit or next to the wood stove. At night, watch the stars and moon through the glass roof above your bed. Spacious private garden, outdoor shower and direct access to Dwingelderveld National Park.

News: We are building a private, heated swimming pool (12x4m), available from May 2026! Our renovated thatched farmhouse "An 't Noordende" borders the Dwingelderveld and overlooks the scenic village of Dwingeloo. It sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for families. Optional hot tub available.
