This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. The house was once a summer cottage turned into a year round home. The vintage qualities emit a casual feeling of relaxation and summertime on the Lake. Historic downtown is a 15 min. walk where you'll find free, live entertainment, quaint shopping & casual dining. The light house, parks, & ferry service to Put-In-Bay are just a few blocks away.

Relax with the whole family at this lofty place to stay inside the peaceful, historic Lakeside Chautauqua. Between the lengthy enclosed patio at the front and the recently painted deck in the back, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in comfort at our family cottage. Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.
