You will be about 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants, soccer complex, tennis center, country club, movie theater, shopping, Dow Gardens; and MidMichigan Medical Center;7 minutes to downtown Midland.

A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.
