Monthly Rentals in Midtown Toronto, Old Toronto

This is by far the best apartment in Toronto if you are a singleton or a couple. The location is perfect and OMG the view!!!! Brandon is a great host and when we are back in Toronto this will be our apartment of choice! The spa and gym and perfect and certainly not something we usually get when renting a place.

We stayed for more than a month. The unit is on a quiet street but very close to what city has to offer. Everything we need was already in the unit on the day we checked in. Wesley was prompt to our messages. We did not have any problems but we are certain that they would be addressed if there were any. We would like to stay again in the future if we need a place in the city. Thanks for everything. It felt like home.

Great place to spend a couple of weeks. Apartment is comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Yonge Street a two minute walk away. Grocery store (Summerhill Market) that Laurel recommended was ace. Was also kindly allowed to check out late as had a nighttime flight onwards. Would recommend highly!

Wonderful stay again! Super clean and great location with everything you need. Fariba was very communicative and we had a great time!
