Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

The exterior of the house is illuminated at dusk, highlighting a private pool surrounded by stonework. Balconies on the upper floor showcase seating areas, while the structure features modern amenities against a backdrop of scenic mountains.

Little piece of heaven - no stress on Cres

It is a comfy apartment in a small village located on the island of Cres. Nice and quiet mornings and evenings. The sound of crickets and the scent of aromatic herbs just relax you to a whole new level. Equipped with all necessary for a great holiday. If we can arrange anything for you - we will just ask. Off season from October to April it is an ideal place for digital nomads to spend time working and enjoying the peace and beautiful nature.

My place features magnificent views and is super close to the beach. You’ll love my place because of the artsy ambiance and the outdoor space. In addition to lounge Jacuzzi 375, there is a big barbecue, and gas oven outside (so no need to cook indoors).

A mini pool is situated in the foreground, accompanied by a pathway leading to a charming stone cottage. The garden area features green grass, two lounge chairs, and a stone wall that provides privacy. Two bicycles rest nearby, adding to the outdoor experience.
