Construction work is currently permitted in the surrounding area; this has already been taken into account in the pricing.

Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace and view from any room is located above old port of village of Volosko, its just few steps away from "lungo mare", seaside promenade. "Lungomare" has numerous beaches and leads to Opatija (10-15 minutes walking). The apartment is furnished and equipped, includes bed linens and towels.
