It includes a kitchen and lounge area with sofa, a bathroom (shower and WC) a bedroom with a double bed. The entrance is independent. Shared places: we live next door but make available during the stay the small courtyard with garden table and chairs, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and for bicycles or other.

Secure parking nearby (La Capelle underground parking) or parking spaces in the city center, or free parking (Rue des Hortes) a 10-minute walk away.

A small private terrace is reserved for rent with a table and 4 green garden chairs as well as the view of the Pouncho d'Agast mountain of Millau. Our terrace with plancha and jacuzzi can be made available on request in summer.
