32-m² two-room apartment with dual aspect. Period house… renovation in 2024 100 m from the police station, 200 m from the cinema. 2 minutes from the train station. The surrounding alleys can offer you a place. Paid parking during the day, free at night, is located on the same street. Shower 70/70 cm… Bathroom adjoining that of the neighbours... which can cause discomfort. The partition walls are thin, so if it’s noisy, please don’t hesitate to knock on the door. The flat is located on a quiet, one-way street.
