Named for some of its giant beech trees, The Beech House is a modern, sunlit home with gorgeous views of the Catskills. All are welcome to come relax and unwind in our warm, open, comfortable home. The Beech House sits on 4 lush acres, off a quiet lane, just an easy walk to the village of Millbrook in Dutchess County. The house is perfect for relaxing or playing, staying in or going out, couples, friends, or families. We absolutely love it and it is our great pleasure to share it with you.
“This place can't be better. Everything was so welcoming and beautiful! Loved the location, the view, the decorating, bed and bedding were comfortable, the bottle of wine so thoughtful. We loved every minute of our stay! The location is great, the town lovely with good restaurants and a great bookstore. The house feels good for 2 people, but can easily accommodate more. We can highly recommend this beautiful house for a long getaway!”
This is a private apartment on the second level of the home two blocks from the Village center of Millbrook. The space was newly renovated and includes a separate entrance to the apartment, 2 bedrooms (with AC and Tvs), full bathroom, washer/dryer, sitting area, and kitchenette. Perfect for couples, small families or individuals visiting the area. WIFI and cable are provided.
“Lee’s place was wonderful! The location was wonderful, only a 10 min walk to town and a 10 min drive to the winery! Lee was wonderfully thoughtful and left water and a fresh baked coffee cake upon our arrival! The only thing I’d like to point out for future guest consideration is that you are renting the apartment over their house so be mindful of that you’ll have to keep down as to not disturb them in the evenings. Otherwise this place was fantastic!”

It is located in the heart of Pine Plains, a short walk to the town center. Perfect for 2-4 people. We currently have a 2 night min. stay due to the added preparations and 3 night min. for holiday weekends. “We stayed at the cottage for a month and could not have been happier. The space was exactly what we expected; perfect for relaxing and working remotely. The cottage is on a main road but is set back from the road and there is a large backyard so we could still enjoy the peaceful country setting. Great location with many activities a quick drive away. Nina and Peter took all appropriate COVID precautions in terms of cleaning and distancing, which we really appreciated. They do live on the property but we still had plenty of privacy. Thank you Nina and Peter, we hope to be back sometime!”
