This cozy apartment has all the new amenities you will want! Not to mention, you are only 4 miles away from the beautiful Presque Isle. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! There is another Airbnb on the property which is the house of lower level.There is no shared living space and entrances.

Cozy cottage close to Lake Erie! Cottage is just minutes to Presque Isle. Standalone cottage in neighborhood with beach access via staircase. Kitchen with full-size appliances, king bed, family room with smart TV, washer and dryer. Parking for 1 or 2 cars in driveway. Great restaurants nearby. We’ve been hosting for 5 years. Great location!

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
