Lots of space. Beautiful kitchen. Quiet and clean.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. The floor plan is very open and inviting and worked great for our family to spend time together. The kitchen is awesome with an incredible wooden island that is perfect for serving food from. There is a balcony off the living room that adds to the openness and is surrounded by trees. There are 2 really nice hiking trails within walking distance. Elizabeth was very easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions and requests.

Carrie’s place is an excellent base to explore the Bay Area. Her home is very clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I as well as our 3 teenage girls. The home is well stocked with everything you would need. Carrie provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

This place made us want to sell our home and move in. It was perfect, quaint, clean, had amazing amenities. The neighborhood was adorable, amazing views.... 10000000/10. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.

Great home with everything you'd need for an awesome stay. Good location near the highways. Awesome deck with a gorgeous view. Parking was plentiful on the long driveway as well as on the street. Check in was super easy. Being pet friendly was also a big plus. Highly recommended.

Stay in Alameda (Richard place) was fantastic. This is one of the coolest places in the Bay Area. A quiet, beautiful street and a great neighborhood invites you to walk. Close to good shops and easy commute to San Francisco, Oakland and Berkley. Great place with a nice garden. The house has everything you need from bathroom equipment, kitchens to comfortable bedrooms. If in SF Bay Area this is the place

A very clean and comfortable location for easy access to Oakland Arena. Neighborhood is a bit load at times with barking dogs, but nothing a bit of sound can't dampen. La Tonya was very accommodating for an early check in so I could get a nap in before my concert. Felt secure and comfortable during my stay.

We had a great time! We’re natives returning for a work visit, and this is a great location. Aubrey gave detailed instructions so check in was a breeze. The place was lovely and very clean. We had everything we needed for a week stay and even cooked regularly. I would definitely recommend!

Mora is the perfect host! She is kind, welcoming, generous and takes great care of her guest. Her house is spotless and Mora will make sure you have everything you need - from towel to toothbrush. In addition, she is knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. Checking in and out was extremely easy. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect experience 👌

Memorable "bed & breakfast"! Warm welcome, "southern hospitality" in CA. Breakfast order at check-in. Firm twin beds, warm seat bidet in private bathroom. Towels/toiletries provided. Snacks, sodas, bottled water, refrigerator, coffee maker provided in room. Possible AM noise (earplugs provided). Enjoyed breakfast in backyard w/cats. Great value while exploring Carmel/Monterey/San Jose areas. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay in Carolyn’s lovely home. It was modern and tastefully decorated. The entire house was sparkling clean and in very good location. The owner Carolyn was very nice and warm. Highly recommended.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Delane’s home is lovely, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The downtown area is within walking distance. Delane went out of her way to make me feel welcome and to ensure I was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

Nancy and Roger are very generous, welcoming and proactive hosts. They made sure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The house is a short ride from Santa Cruz and the Henry Cowell State Park. Our hosts had excellent recommendations for hikes and food. They also paid great attention to detail in setting up the room — there were a lot of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed. The room, the bathroom and the house in general are very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. We definitely recommend!

Roger and Nancy were amazing guests, they made us feel like we were in our own home, they gave us tips to places to visit and they shared a cup of wine in the living room of their beautiful house. We enjoyed viewing the hummingbirds in the porch and a lot of other wild birds. We look forward to come back some day.
