Nice bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a short walk from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Mimizan Beach House

This family accommodation is conveniently located between the beaches and local shops. The nearest beaches are a five-minute walk. Enjoy the benefits of the village of Mimizan beach which is a six-minute walk away without any inconvenience. The cycling routes are all nearby. You can do anything on foot or by bike. In case of heavy seas, there is a fallback solution to the beaches of the current, ideal for young children and other water activities.

Beach house 200 meters from the ocean

Small, warm 60 m2 terraced house, clad in wood, ideally located near the ocean on the south beach side, in a quiet area, close to shops. Here you will do everything on foot: beach, food shopping, night outings, shops, fresh water current. Guests can park your vehicle in the street for free. By bike, you can reach Lake Mimizan and its flowery promenade, Contis, Mimizan village... For the summer, I prefer stays of at least a week.

Townhouse of 80 m2, 1 floor for the night part. On the ground floor, living room, fully equipped kitchen, directly overlooking a large terrace.
