Close to snow field parking is very convenient in the surrounding area! Host quick to respond to messages clear and accurate instructions prior to check in It was an awesome experience!

We had a comfortable stay here. It was a little cold but the bathtub was nice. It has a great yard and a complete kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the host was polite.

This place is great. Not many foreigners go to Kusatsu Onsen in the first place so the staff being friendly is great. The location is remote (about a 20 minute walk from town) and the walk gets old after about a day considering how many hills there are. I knew this when I booked the place, though. Kusatsu is worth it no matter the walk regardless. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that it's cold and I think the kerosene heater broke on night 2. Either that or we're just morons. Either way, fixing the room heaters should be a priority. This minor inonvenience was forgiven when the staff took us to the bus station in a snowstorm, saving us a long and brutal walk. Very kind of them.

Very kind host, friendly, good natured, quickly response. We have small children. When we finished booking, host asked how old he is. To prepare the house safely. Very lovely. The house quit old traditional. But still perfect and clean. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much for taking such good care.

The interior and facilities were beautiful, well cleaned, and we had a pleasant time. When I checked in, the heating was already working, the room was warm, and I felt the host's thoughtfulness. The surroundings are also quiet, and there is a lot of sunrise from the window in the morning, so it was a wonderful experience.

Woww. This must be one of our most favorite stays in Japan! The actual place definitely looks even better than in the pictures! The two-floor apartment (a house really) is so spacious and so tastefully decorated. The house has so many glass windows that let in a lot of sunlight, a lot brighter than in the pictures! A perfect place to relax and spend a wonderful evening with friends and family especially after a full day of a skiing trip. We loved the kotatsu and the gas fan heaters. :))) We loved everything about the house really. Sayuri was wonderful host. We greatly appreciated our time at your place. Thank you so much!

It was easy to come and go by shuttle bus from the slopes, so the room was very beautiful because it was newly built.The owner contacted us very quickly, friendly, and easy to understand.

I asked a lot of questions before my stay, but they responded quickly. The facilities are beautiful, and I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

Everything was as pictured, and the host responded quickly and had a great stay.The room was warm and we had a comfortable stay.Thank you very much!I was concerned that the bath was very cold, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the smell of sewage was slightly up.We decided to go to the hot springs, so there was no problem, but please refer to those who stay in the future.(There is floor heating in the dressing room, but it was too cold in the winter.I don't think it's a problem in the summer!)

Great host, easy to access and beautiful view

We rented the Forest Villa for a family vacation, and it was perfect for everyone from the kids to the grandparents. The house was lovely, and had a well set up kitchen, karaoke set up, washer and dryer, and best of all a huge bath where you could soak and look out at the trees. Peaceful and fun!

It was a very clean and dog friendly place to stay. We stayed together, but it was spacious and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.I was surprised to have a speaker and the tension increased. I'd love to use it again.

Great location and accommodation, ski right up to your door. Snow was incredible, slopes are amazing, there is a 8.5km run that ends at Drifters back door! The hosts, Chris and Amy were extremely accommodating, helping us with everything, driving us to the supermarket and ski rental shops, giving us advice, just really friendly, good people. Our lodge was immaculately cleaned daily, all the snow in the pathways got cleared daily. We were a group of 12 and everyone absolutely loved it, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great for families with children or a big bunch of mates, Chris even kept the beer kegs stocked up for us. Thanks Chris, Amy and team👌😊

We had a great time staying at the cubby house. It was in convenient location for us to access the different mountains for snowboarding. The house was clean when we arrived and Ryan was clear with instructions and amenities available. The water pressure in the top bathroom was a little low in the shower, but other than that, everything was solid. 🤙🏾
