Other FACILITIES: 3 chairs, 1 table, 1 chest of drawers, 1 clothes rack, 1 coffee table, 1 large mirror and a carpet. An entrance hall leads into the apartment. Bathroom amenities: shower, toilet and sink. IMPORTANT for some guests to know: Here far in the countryside, the INTERNET is not optimal!

Tiny House at Steinhuder Meer - 200 m to the swimming island

"steinbhude_am_meer" The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the bathing island (about a 3-minute walk) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bicycle rentals can also be found there

Apartment directly on Lake Dümmer with lake view - 40 sqm

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant "Dümmer Perle" directly on Lake Dümmer See (50 m distance to the water). Enjoy the fantastically beautiful lake view (see photos). In the apartment, up to 4 people can find a place to sleep. The space was completely newly renovated in 2022 and modernly furnished. In the immediate vicinity (max. 400 m) are restaurants, shopping, an ice cream parlor, surf school & boat rental, a beach bar and an indoor swimming pool.

The apartment (75 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. The bedrooms are equipped with a bed 1.60 x 2 m and 1.40 x 2 m each. The living room is comfortably furnished. Washing machine and dryer are available, the kitchen is well equipped.

Located on a quiet dead end street, guests here enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation is paramount in your own retreat. Our house is only a few minutes walk (about 3 min) from the lake / beach.

In addition, the apartment has a garden with a small terrace that invites you to linger.

Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
