Directly on the Lower Saxon moor between Diepholz and Sulingen is the lovingly furnished cottage quietly surrounded by nature. Outside in the garden with terrace is a playground, fireplace, charcoal grill, beach chair, table tennis, bicycles, 2 kayaks (for a fee), entrance point approx. 700 m on foot.

The promenade is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There are numerous bars and restaurants on the sea.

The apartment (75 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and has two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large balcony with direct views of the sea and the beautiful garden. Very close to the Mariensee monastery on a leash, we offer a guest house overlooking the leash. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation stone of the property.
