Beautiful vacation home with pond and forest property in a prime secluded location. Right on the Lower Saxony moor between Diepholz and Sulingen is the lovingly furnished cottage quietly surrounded by nature. On approx. 73 square meters there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, and combined kitchen/living room. Outside in the garden with terrace is a playground, fireplace, charcoal grill, beach chair, table tennis table, bicycles, 2 kayaks (for a fee) entrance point about 700 m on foot.

The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax.
