Key will be provided in lock box for easy private access. We are a 10 min drive from Northern State Parkway, Long Island Expressway and the Long Island Railroad. -Perfect, immaculate, bright home in The Village of Floral Park, close to parks, restaurants, fluffy bagels and convenient transportation that's 10 minutes walk from the house. - Currently I am only accepting 1 guest for the space. - Bathroom is shared -there is one flight of stairs to the room. - parking is available for compact size vehicle, which requires close coordination with other members in the house. - There is NO KITCHEN access. - Please stick to your space and respect others privacy.

Quiet, well lighted bedroom on second floor of house. House is on a quiet street. Free street parking. Twin size bed. Bathroom shared with other guests on the floor. Public transportation (LIRR and Bus stop). Take LIRR train for a 40 minute ride to Manhattan, or take bus/subway for a 90 minute trip to Manhattan. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes bus ride to Roosevelt Field Mall. No kitchen is available. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker on the hallway.
