Holiday rentals with a pool in Minia

What an amazing find, the villa was spotless and Dimitris was so welcoming bringing gifts of cake and wine. The location was beautiful and we could not have wished for more. The pool area was spacious and we were close to wonderful beaches and restaurants. We would describe this villa as a true gem. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience we feel blessed

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Wow!!! This villa was perfect! It looks even better than the photos! We came for my parents 30th anniversary. Without asking the host decorated the apartment! The host was so helpful. She sent us restaurant recommendations and a doctors number when we needed it. Stocked fridge and dropped pastries in one morning. Cleaner everyday was very handy. Got to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing perfect week. Can’t thank the host enough for making the week so special for us all. Will recommend this place to everyone.

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

Very nice place, peaceful and the beaches around are very nice, warm waters. Nice restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay at Alexandros and Christine’s place! The location was perfect — quiet, picturesque, and close to everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity to make us feel right at home. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. Alexandros and Christine went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering helpful tips and genuine kindness throughout our visit. We left feeling not just well-rested, but truly cared for. Highly recommend this lovely gem!

We had the most amazing stay at Blue Sea House! The outdoor area was absolutely phenomenal - the infinity pool overlooking that beautiful view felt like a joy to wake up to each day, the loungers were so comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen was a dream to use. Everything had been so thoughtfully laid out and provided for, and we couldn't believe that we were getting to stay somewhere so special!! Katerina and Spiros were so helpful on the couple of occasions that we needed them, and the daily cleaning service also felt like a treat! We arrived at the very start of the season, and it felt like a privilege to be visiting Zakynthos when it was so quiet - we had a wonderful time exploring the island, but had an even better time when we were back at Blue Sea House. We can't wait to visit again in the future! THANK YOU!!!

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Marina was extremely friendly and helpful. Even before we arrived she organised a rental car for us and kept us informed of check in information. She brought us a local breakfast on the first day which was lovely. The apartment as well equipped and clean. The pool area was perfect. The villa is a great place to fly and flop if you are looking for that kind of holiday, but it’s also a great base for exploring the island and travelling about. The village and beach is walking distance (although the hill can be a bit tough on the calves!) and the restaurants and bars in the village are very reasonably priced and friendly. Overall a perfect holiday and I’d definitely go back.

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Lovely quiet position close to the beach with a clean pool. Evgenia was really helpful with a couple of requests for assistance.

Marianne's place was utterly delightful, a calm, peaceful oasis whilst not being isolated. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all of the amenities we needed. It is located in a block of serviced apartments but it doesn't feel overlooked or crowded. The beach opposite has a narrow shingle beach and has crystal clear, calm water and it was lovely to spend some time there. It is also not far from Antisamos beach and we also went to Myrtos beach a couple of times. We ate out in Sami, where there are lots of restaurants along the waters edge and is around a 5 minute drive but I believe you can also walk along the beach to get there. Litsa gave us loads of helpful advice & tips on where to visit and places to eat. Kefalonia is a stunning island and we would absolutely love to stay there again.

Joy and the team were an absolute delight to deal with and the Villa was always spotlessly clean. The breakfast as others have put was amazing, nothing felt like too much trouble and all the recommendations we were given were spot on. We had a fantastic week there and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Joy, thank you from us both. The service and stay were impeccable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time 😊 The location was great, with a very quick access to the beach. The food was amazing and for a great price, we couldn't get enough! And finally, this family owned business made us feel right at home, very safe, they were always helpful and responsive. We would gladly come back!!
