You will live in our Superior Couples Room, located on the first floor of our quite Guesthouse with a view of our beautiful garden. You can enjoy a free breakfast consisting of Tea or Coffee, a fruit platter, eggs, toasts & jam on our backyards terrace. The Kip B&B | Queen Room 2

Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Bright & airy, it sleeps two in a queen sized bed and features a small but functional private bathroom with a shower. The room is full of all the important details and standard creature comforts: super soft high quality linens, plush towels, rain showers with solar hot water, air-conditioning, high ceilings, free wifi and jungle views. Breakfast is included in the rate.

Lipi Double Bedroom is part of the main builduing called Deep Blue Colonial Villa. It has indipendent entrance from the garden and is located in front of the pool. It has shared use of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. Access to the pool and private beach. Continental Breakfast served upon request (5 dollars per person); welcome complimentary mineral water and toiletries free of charge. Bikes also available free of charge. Motorbikes can be rented on site.

The Spice House, Mirissa

Beautiful Colonial style guesthouse set in an acre of tropical gardens with an infinity edged swimming pool and jungle views. We are close to the main road and you can enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants but also we’re only a short walk from the beautiful Mirissa beach. We’ll be happy to help our guests with anything they need (like getting transportation, booking tours and finding the best places to eat and visit).
