Monthly Rentals in Mirties

Sylvia Studios is located at Myrties, on the west coast of Kalymnos. The Apt is situated on a winding, one way street , on the side of a mountain overlooking the port of Myrties, a short ferry ride to Telendos. The Apt is reached after walking down 20 steps. The unit is quite magnificent, especially the outstanding view across to Telendos. The Host, Sylvia is a wonderful person, who, simply cannot do enough for you. There is a spacious kitchen, bathroom and bedroom containing two single beds and an A/C. The kitchen has an upright fridge/freezer, a microwave, duel electric cook tops, an electric jug and a coffee & sandwich maker. The only thing missing is a toaster. The only drawback is that the sun comes in the afternoon through the two entrance doors, hence, there needs to be a curtain, etc to protect against the heat of the sun. Overall this is a fantastic Apt with a great view of the town below, great restaurants/bars and a very relaxing place to stay. I would stay here again.

I had a brilliant time, would definitely stay there again! I felt really welcomed by Saskia and the other members of staff there, they all really made me feel at home. I was there during Easter weekend and was invited to a BBQ Saskia was hosting for friends and family which was incredible kind of her to do. The coffe is amazing as well. Highly recommend jsut poping in for a drink. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely be back again!

AMAZING. Absolutely fantastic room right by the shore. Directly across from a supermarket, and a short walk to a water refill station (Kalliopi explained the tap water on Kalymnos is too salty to drink, but there are plenty of places to refill water around the island that are free to use). The kitchen was very well equipped, and it was great to enjoy the sunset and view of Telendos from the balcony with dinner before getting drinks at any of the friendly and inviting tavernas nearby. Kalliopi was super friendly and helpful with everything from check-in to check-out. She was an amazing host, and we hope to stay with her again!

We loved staying at Fotini’s. The apartment is beautiful, amazing views from the wonderful outdoor area, great coffee machine too. You couldn’t ask for a better location for climbing-it’s right in the centre of Masouri so you can walk to restaurants, shops, bars, scooter hire etc and you are near to lots of the climbing routes. You can also walk to the beach. Fotini was a great host and made our stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible, organising our taxis to and from the port and answering any questions we had immediately. They made us feel really welcome and right at home. We would love to return!! Thanks again Fotini and Matthew 🍻
