I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg.
