Holiday rentals with lake access in Mitaka

This was a lovely place to stay! Not only were the hosts friendly, but the place itself was unique and comfortable. There were instructions for all of the appliances as well as the keypad to get in. It is good to note that the two bedrooms connect, and the stairs are a bit steep so do be careful. Other than that, the area was quiet and peaceful and the train station is about a 10min walk away so it's very convenient. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Tokyo. Thank you Deepstay!

我們到的時候河邊上的櫻花正是盛開，超級美麗，能在房子裏看到美景。我們離開時，是落櫻的時候，風吹時差一點點就像櫻吹雪，美的不得了。 附近有很多小商店，食店也很不錯，要去市中心開車也很方便。房子沒有店停車庫，但附近的收費停車場也不貴，一整天也不到1000日元。 房子也很乾淨，沒有多餘的雜物，地點也很易意尋找，我最喜歡就是二樓的吊椅，坐在那裏看櫻花，不用跟別人搶位置，很是舒心。

IT was our second stay at Mari house. We really enjoyed the peaceful vibes around. The whole house is spacious and there is all essential stuff inside for long -term staying. The host is amazing person and very pleasant to chat. Come to visit us in Malaysia one day!

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Allowed me to drop my luggage off early and greeted me with the upmost energy. Always willing to go out their way to make sure the stay went well

ホストの方には積極的に対応いただき、なかなかない経験でした。 かなり部屋も広く、布団も大きくてくつろげました。 場所も駅からかなり近い他、西武園ゆうえんちまでも徒歩圏内であり、夜に訪問するとちょっとだけ場所はわかりにくかったですが、閑静な住宅街でよいところでした。

Very comfortable for a group of 10 pax . Although the walk to the station can be hard ( 15mins hilly climb) but the residential area was pretty and quiet . I would recommend this accommodation if you wish to be at a less crowded area .

Amazing stay we had. Close by restaurants and bars. Train station is also near by including convenience shops. Behind the house, there is a lovely trail where there were plenty of sakura blooming. recommended!

Absolutely loved the stay here. Tatami mat sleeping, rooms well heated and bathrooms very nice! Big kitchen and great location. Very easy to communicate with Sakura as well. Gorgeous garden just at the back of the home. Loved it thank you!!

Location was in a a lovely, quiet neighbour. Close to delicious local food spots. Short and scenic walk to the subway stations to get to main place like Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ginza etc. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!

After the noise and chaos of central Tokyo, it was great to unwind in Saitama. The accomodation was perfect for solo travel, and had everything that was needed (I would like to highlight the excellent laundromat nearby). The host communicated perfectly and quickly, and was very accommodating to my panicked questions. Wonderful experience altogether.

Maple was a great host. The place was very comfortable. Very responsive host. The place is very close to stations and central. I will definitely stay here when I visit Tokyo again

Mitsuo was super responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. The unit feels like a regular Japanese home, so it helps you feel more connected with the area you're visiting (you can't get that in a Western-style hotel). The surrounding area is very calm, there's a convenience store one block away from the apartment.
