Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mitoyo

Very pleasant stay in this charming house located on a cute little street. The place is spacious and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. It is less than 20mn on foot from the train station and ferries to the islands. Hosts were super kind, very responsive and gave us good recommendations about nearby restaurants.

Location perfect for exploring kagawa. If you're tall watch your head on the door frames and light fittings.

I had a little trouble with the check-in instructions and the opening and locking of the entrance door when I entered and left, but the rest was very smooth!Thank you very much. The whole house is very clean, and I am very satisfied with the games! The location was also close to Ritsurin Park, which was easy to understand! I stopped by the middle of Pilgrim Tabi.Thank you very much.

Jen and Ono provided such an amazing experience throughout the busiest season of Setouchi Triennale! Access: 5-7min walk from the walk. Less than 10min walk from quality restaurants and bars. Kitchen: The house had guest fridge, stocked with eggs, yogurt, fruits for quick breakfast. Guests can also head to YADO's sister branch Airbnb called Crow's Nest to have a) yogurt bowl, b) cheese omelette, and c) french toasts upon request. Volumy and delicious, cooked by Ono! Interior: Colorful, lively, funky, and relaxing. Has an outdoor terras to have a nightcap. Nostalgic and stylish. Bed & Bath: Shower room, sinks, and toilets are renovated, spacious and clean. Beds were comfy, clean. Host: BEST human beings EVER ❤️

Brett’s accommodation is very quirky and away from the main touristy areas, however it is still only a short walk from Bizen-Tai Station, and close to a bus stop too. Brett was very helpful and even offered to pick us up from the station with our bags, if we had wanted. He met us person and showed us the accommodation, plus gave us a little tour of his current projects which was very interesting. We had everything we needed for a 3 night stay and the bed was very comfortable too. You can rent electric bikes from Brett for super cheap, and use these to explore the area, or even take them on the ferry to Naoshima. Very helpful host and excellent value for money accommodation!

From arranging bike rentals to preparing delicious breakfasts and giving excellent local tips, he went above and beyond. He even met us at the pier upon arrival, drove us to nearby attractions, and helped us find great restaurants. The room was compact but immaculate, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the port. The breakfast spread was generous and tasty. What truly made our stay special was the host's genuine care and attention to detail. We felt completely taken care of throughout our trip. This location, location, amenities, and the responsiveness of the Seto house were all good!️ Also, the children were very happy and enjoyed it because of the good location. I stayed with a family of five, but it was just the right size. I look forward to your next visit to Shikoku.😆👍

The host is really friendly! The accommodation itself is spacious and separated from the bedroom, so it was comfortable! There is a convenience store within a minute's walk, and there is also a supermarket nearby, so we bought and bought it again at Udon-myeon and boiled it a few times at Udon lodging haha!!

It was clean and well-maintained, and there were kitchen utensils, washing machines, and dryers, so I used them comfortably:)

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and loved it. The property itself was great - actually a bit bigger than I thought and was well stocked with snacks, tea, and coffee in addition to kitchenware. The space is decorated beautifully. The host was extremely friendly and communicative - they checked in during the course of our stay to make sure things were going well and were able to give great local recommendations (for the regional specialties especially)! Finally, the location: it was within walking distance to many major shopping streets, Ritsurin gardens and Takamatsu castle. It was also walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the ferry port. My wife and I had a mix of activities planned for our stay in Takamatsu and the location we were staying in was central to all of them. If I come back to Takamatsu, I’d love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed at Riemama's little apartment in Okayama for 5 nights -we had rented a car from Osaka so having the parking spot right outside was immediately a huge bonus. We have stayed at several Airbnb's in Japan over our time and I can confidently say Riemama's apartment is the best we have ever come across. It was spacious, quiet, private, clean, and fully equipped with absolutely everything a traveller might need for a stay. More than just a generously equipped kitchen, to a comfortable couch and dining space, huge TV, clean and spacious bathroom and laundry, and comfortable beds - it was all the extra amenities available that made it stand out - from the luggage weighing scales, to the packaging tape and scissors, to complimentary face creams and toiletries, laundry necessities, fluffy fresh towels - you can tell this is prepared by someone who really understands what a traveller needs. Riemama was so friendly and kind across our whole stay. Absolutely recommended!!

It looks exactly like the pictures. It's not a complete downtown area, but it's a downtown area within a 10-minute walk, so it was nice to be able to rest comfortably. If you walk slowly with sneakers, it's an arcade, and there's a grocery store 5 minutes away, so it was nice to be able to use it when you need it in the evening or in the morning. Above all, it's clean, and there are all the necessary tools, so I don't think you need to take anything with you. There are enough towels, shower towels, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, iron, various disposable items, welcome drink, welcome sweets, etc. I only used hotels every time I visited Japan, and this time I used Airbnb for the first time, and it was great. And the owner is very responsive. Check-in is at 4 o'clock, but luggage storage is available after 12 o'clock, so I enjoyed sightseeing comfortably on the same day. I came to Air Seoul, but after leaving on time without delay, I came here to eat and take the bus, so I left my luggage right away and went sightseeing at 12 o'clock. Check-out is also at 10 o'clock, so if you are using Air Seoul to and from Air Seoul, you have to leave at 9 anyway, so it doesn't feel like the time is fast. However, I was tired on the last day, so I asked for a taxi, and the owner thankfully kindly called the taxi. (I didn't know what to do, but he gladly helped me first) It's about 30 minutes from the accommodation to the airport (40 minutes if you get stuck), and the taxi fare is 5,190 yen, which is about 50,000 won in Korean money. If you can hit the airport shuttle bus, you can take a break until 9: 50 and take a taxi to check out. Air Seoul departure flight is 11: 35, but even if you only go 1 hour ago, we recommend a taxi if you don't have to pay for a taxi. Overall, it was a very satisfying house, and I really want to recommend x10 to my friends and people around me when visiting Takamatsu!!! ^♥ ︎ ^ I was on a mother-daughter trip, and my mom was also satisfied with the accommodation. And unlike a hotel, there was a balcony, a bedroom, a living room, and a separate kitchen, so most of all, there was a sense of openness, so it was very nice. If I come again next time, it's an accommodation I want to visit again.

There is a car space downstairs for self-driving people, although the accommodation is located next to the main road soundproofing is more generally easy to hear the sound of cars driving outside

Our host was super responsive and helpful at all times. We had to make a last minute change to our booking and he was incredibly accommodating and kind. The place itself is the perfect spot for a stay in Onomichi. We were super close to the bike rental and starting point for the big cycle so it was super convenient. The host had clearly thought about what would help guests feel comfortable in his place, and we were grateful to have everything we needed. I’d highly recommend!

This is a really beautiful and spacious place. We all liked the design, and it was easy to get around with the train nearby. Perfect for a short stay in Takamatsu.

We have enjoyed our stay in this double bedroom appartement. It was very clean and very spacious for the 3 of us. It is well located to explore Onomichi and it is at a walking distance from the train station.

Excellent location for those looking to start/end the Shimanami Kaido in Onomichi! It’s maybe a 5min walk from the main bike rental location/ferry dock.
