The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no issue with keys, and the time of arrival doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. The location is fantastic overall, because it is a very forested and water-rich environment with many cycling and hiking trails. Please do not forget that the cottage is secluded, the location is especially suitable for recovering from everyday life and work. Berlin can be reached in about 1 hour by car, by public transport in approx. 1 1/2 hours. Shopping: about 12 minutes

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
