House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

I'm glad you're interested in the VEB Kantine! This classic DDR event space was designed and outfitted specifically for large groups of people and extraordinary events. Your birthday, wedding, company event, or artistic meetup is welcome here! The location is directly on the river Mulde with ample parking and tenting space around the house. It is easily reachable by train (1 hour from Leipzig + 10 minutes walking) yet provides a private and beautiful environment for your special weekend.

Idyllic, modern city villa for families.

The whole family can relax here. We rent out our town villa during our vacations. Perfect location for families, because it is very quiet, close to Döbeln, but still you have many nearby attractions, such as the castle and dam Kriebstein, Leisnig Castle and the new Karls Erdbeerhof. The A14 is about 5 minutes' drive away. Make yourself at home. All of our daughter's toys can be used. The large southwest terrace invites you to sunbathe.
