Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. The light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.
