John is an outstanding host!! His attentiveness is amazing! You can tell he takes pride in being a host and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. This was our first airbnb experience and he has set the bar high! He allowed us to take our diabetic kitty with us, which made this trip possible for us. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

We had a fantastic stay at Linda and James' Cottage! The place was impeccably maintained—clean, tidy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It's clear that a lot of care goes into keeping it in top shape. The cottage was a fun and relaxing place to spend quality time with our family. The outdoor BBQ area was a great bonus, perfect for evening cookouts and enjoying meals together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept getaway spot!
