Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room/kitchen and a loft with a small bedroom. Set in a quiet setting, with a unique rocky panorama, Casa di Saro is located in an area with free public parking and essential services (pharmacy about 250 meters away, supermarket about 10 meters away). The house can be easily reached by car.
