Situated in the countryside of Modica and just 8 km from the town, the villa has a private swimming pool with jacuzzi and offers an amazing view on the big and well-curated garden. Ancient house renovated to ensure all comforts, located 3 km from Modica. The stone walls are the beginning of the story of a territory that the owners wanted to preserve. The entrance to the villa is from a wide avenue where you can park. Maximum attention was paid to the interior spaces, researching artisanal furnishing elements capable of enhancing and telling the tradition of the place.
